Our Parochial Church Council (“PCC”) meets every two months. Here are the minutes of their meetings over the last 12 months - they are published here once approved at the following meeting.

The following is a mini-digest of the September 2026 PCC meeting, provided by the PCC Secretary, Martine Somerville:
The main items of non-routine business and information were:
An extensive joint discussion with members of the Impact Project Board about how to address rising construction costs in order to balance expenditure with the funds available
A plan to run an Alpha course only once in the coming academic year (in the autumn)
Plans to offer duplicate pared-back carol services in the De Grey Rooms on the afternoons / evenings of Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 December, and also for services after the De Grey Rooms had been vacated
A number of recent staff appointments and the reshaping of an existing post
Receipt of six-monthly update reports on the Belfrey’s Foundations ministries – Children & Families, Youth, and Students – which all showed encouraging signs of growth
