Senior Leadership Team 

The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is a small group who support Andy in initiating vision and strategy, in the day-to-day leadership of the church and in bringing major matters to the PCC.

The SLT is:

Church Council and Wardens

The Wardens are the Bishop's representatives in the church whose main role is to bring wisdom to the Vicar and Church Council (PCC). The PCC is particularly responsible for good governance, for keeping the church true to its vision and particularly for matters relating to finance, buildings, HR, Health & Safety and Safeguarding.

The PCC have appointed Amber Boydell as Electoral Roll Officer and Kirsty McCullough as Parish Safeguarding Officer.

Non-clergy members of the Senior Leadership Team are also invited to attend PCC meetings.

Clergy & Staff

The clergy are appointed by the Bishop to serve and lead the church in mission and ministry. The staff are employees of the PCC and are responsible for good management of the church and for leading its various teams.
