Bishopthorpe, Acaster, South Bank, Woodthorpe Group
We meet in Bishopthorpe on Thursday evenings. We usually start with a glass of wine (or coffee) and, because we all have to get up for work, we always finish by 9.30 pm. Belfrey Group started in September 2012 actively seeking new members from every background to help shape our direction. We meet each Thursday in the Groves for food, friendship and fellowship. As Christians, we're aiming to reach out to the local community in the Groves as much as we can and support local events given by local organisations such as York St John and Door 84.

Never Give Up Belfrey Group
We meet together to help the homeless, vulnerable, disadvantaged. Reaching them through a meal on a Thursday afternoon, this then gives use the opportunity to talk about God and pray with people. In addition befriending and advising on local services.

The Acomb Small Group
We start with a meal, followed by studying the bible, chatting and praying together. We are a mix of ages and stages in our Christian life.
